Why can’t I connect with my FTP client?
Make sure that your connection type is set to “Active”. It is a limitation of our current server that requires an Active FTP connection.
Why do I get a certificate error when sending email with SSL connection?
The mail server requires a valid SSL certificate to send with an SSL connection without the error. If you require to send with a SSL connection, please use securemail.aqwnet.com as your SMTP (outgoing) mail server.
